Teething, sitting and crawling - Oh my!

Yes, it's true - the twins have teeth! They are serious competitors, as Ryan got his first tooth on August 4th, and Emerson followed on August 7th. The following week, they both got their second on the same day! Teething twins, not fun! They are also getting to be pros at sitting. For a while they would just fall over after a while, but they are both figuring out how to get down from the sitting position on their own. Emerson can almost get up to the sitting position on her own, she's just about there! They are soooo close to crawling! They are always up on all fours, rocking back and forth - then taking a nose-dive! They scoot a little forward, but that's it. Their favorite mode of transportation right now is the full body roll - you gotta watch those little boogers or they will roll right across the room in record time! They also "talk" all day long. They babble a lot and sometimes I swear they say "MOMMA" haha! Not really, but I have selective hearing! I took them to the mall for the first time and they were so good! It's been so hot here in Texas that we can't really take them out for walks, so I figured the mall would be a good place for that. So much to see! Here are some new pictures to enjoy!
